Elecard Support program is intended to provide each of our current and prospective customer with the expert assistance that ensures efficient use of Elecard products.
We provide two types of technical support:
Technical support for Elecard products
After purchasing any Elecard product a customer automatically receives 1 year of maintenance service which includes warranty, updates within a major version, and assistance with basic product features and actions such consultations on the installation/activation issues, supported formats and platforms, products usage in accordance with the documented functionality and troubleshooting. Further service is provided at an extra fee.
When you buy any Elecard product you may also get an additional technical support pack to solve urgent issues and get consultations.
Dedicated support is a technical support program which allows you to use more than 30-year professional experience of Elecard and their expert knowledge in order to solve your personal tasks and optimize your technical solutions.
